From
nature of our grapes, first we are producing dry wines
of which Furmint and Hárslevelű,
as well as Cuvée types. Usually we
make characteristically elegant wines which have complex
acid content, but it is never harsh, they are dry,
fiery with higher extract content, and they are all
produced from must of high sugar content. In the years,
when appearance of botrytis cinerea (noble grey mould)
and the creation of Aszu-grape will be allowed through
favourable weather we can produce sweet Hárslevelű
and Furmint.
